This is the dozen, that started The Poultry Palette! Our signature dozen, comprises of medium, large, x-large and jumbo sized eggs. They start out with a nice rich assortment of browns, and gradate down to creamy whites. To finish this poultry palette of colors, we end the assortment with blues and greens. The total Mixed Dozen weight, is that of a state standard large dozen.
